Our Staff
Each spa employee is professionally certified to deliver thorough, safe, and well-tested treatments. We do our best to provide 100% customer service throughout each customer’s visit to the spa. Our focus on continuing education in the beauty industry allows us to offer our clients the highest level of service in spa treatments.
Our Products
Our products are 100% natural, drawing from the many ingredients that Mother Earth has to offer. We take pride and care in offering only the finest and best products for our clients.
Amenities
Complimentary snacks and refreshments are available for all patrons of the spa. Lunch is provided with all spa packages. Shower facilities are available to all spa patrons.
Gift Certificates
Give the great gift of relaxation and pampering with the ultimate experience at Tranquility Day Spa! Certificates are available for individual or combined treatments for any dollar amount.
We frequently offer our “message-in-a-bottle”gift certificates (see photo above for example). These are beautiful gifts for your friends and loved ones. Please see a spa representative for more details.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of services rendered. Lost or misplaced certificates are non-refundable, replaced, or valid.
Policies
Calmness and relaxation are vital during each of treatment; therefore we appreciate your turning off your mobile devices upon arrival, and talking softly while in the spa.
Appointments
Appointments may be made in person or by calling 408-926-3000. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to prepare for your treatment. This will also allow you adequate time to relax and prep before your treatment. Walk-ins can usually be accommodated.
Reservation, Cancellation, and Late Policy
We take time to prepare for your arrival and treatment needs. Please respect our cancellation policy and the time it takes to provide you with excellent service. A 15% charge will be applied for any late cancellations or no-show appointments. We require at least 24 hour notification in advance if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. Payments & Gratuities
Tranquility Day Spa honors Visa & MasterCard, cash, or check. All returned checks are subject to a $25 return fee. Gratuity is not included in the cost of service but is greatly appreciated.
If a Gift Certificate is your form of payment, please bring it with you and present it at the time of check in. Please note that gratuity is not included with the purchase of a gift certificate unless indicated on the gift certificate.
